YOUTH SERVICES

We provide life skills training to youth aged 16-25 in the form of programmes and mentoring and one on one support services. 

All of our services for youth work towards building self-esteem, confidence, feeling more connected to self, being more motivated, organised and self-aware. We provide proven developed training that uses communication tools, and personal development fundamentals that help a person to become more aware of how they Think-Feel-Act and how their behavior and thinking can affect their outlook on life.

Life Skills Programmes 

We offer a Life Skills programme run for 4 hours per day over 5 days. This course covers how to understand communication styles, how thinking can influence behavior, how to set goals, improve focus and organisational skills, increase confidence and self esteem. The course aids to strength your skills and develop new tools you can use to empower yourself and move forward.   

Youth Mentoring

We offer youth mentoring face to face or via zoom, text or social media to support young people to move forward with their personal development. 

Having a mentor supports a young person in making decisions, finding their passions and interests and building confidence in making positive steps forward in life. 

Specific Support

Specialized one on one support to help young people with specific needs navigate school, life, therapy and integrating social and emotional skills into every day life.

Some of our youth clients are living in home, in support care or living independently. We can offer weekly/bi-weekly support that works to empower the individual.
